For pre-order products we do not accept returns, we only produce the products that have been ordered. We have only limited exchanges available, get in touch with our support service.

We do not offer returns and refunds on pre-order campaigns.

Pre-ordering means that you buy an item before it's release date or before it is produced.
Therefor it takes longer to arrive, we always provide an estimated delivery timing. This timing is subject to change as there may be unforeseeable delays in the production proces. 

Products that are bought together will be shipped together. If there is a pre-order among them, we'll only ship your order when all products are in stock.
